Each rashi has a ruling graha, and the navaratna system links each graha to a stone and to particular metals. Both of those are genuinely classical, which is why this page exists — and why it stops where the tradition stops.
These are associations, not prescriptions. No stone is required, nothing bad follows from not wearing one, and none of this describes how anyone should look.
A rashi lookup is also not how gemstones are actually selected in Jyotish. Proper selection depends on your lagna, whether the planet is a functional benefic for that lagna, its strength in your chart, and the dasha you are running — which is why two people of the same rashi can be advised quite differently. Please do not buy an expensive stone on the strength of a table like this one.

You will find charts elsewhere assigning a planet to each of the sixteen shringar — mehndi to Venus, kajal to Saturn, and so on. Those are a modern synthesis rather than classical shastra. The rashi-to-graha and graha-to-gemstone chains above are real; the item-by-item mapping is not, so we have not built one.
Don’t know your rashi? Find it with the free rashi calculator — it uses your Moon sign, which is what Vedic astrology means by rashi, not the Western sun sign. See also the sixteen adornments.
