FreeAIKundli ("the Service") provides Vedic astrology content — birth charts (kundli), compatibility matching, horoscopes, written reports, and an AI-powered astrologer consultation. Chart calculations are performed with astronomical software; interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence in the voice of a traditional astrologer. The astrologer you chat with is an AI character, not a human being.
All content on the Service is provided for entertainment, cultural, and personal-reflection purposes. It is not, and must never be treated as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not make decisions about your health, medication, relationships, finances, or legal matters based on astrological content. For such matters, consult a qualified professional. Astrological predictions are not statements of fact about the future.
The Service publishes computed panchang, festival dates, auspicious timings (muhurat), and related almanac data. These are calculated astronomically and follow widely used conventions, but Hindu calendrical practice varies genuinely by region, community, and tradition — festival dates and muhurat rules can and do differ between authorities, and sunrise-based timings depend on the location you select. The dates and timings shown are general reference information, not a personalised muhurat: a complete muhurat also considers your own birth chart. Please confirm with your family tradition, local temple, or an astrologer before fixing any important date, and do not rely on the Service alone for decisions with financial, legal, or ceremonial consequences.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the consultation feature. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account data: if you create an account, we store your email address and authentication data with our infrastructure provider (Supabase). Usage counters: we store how many consultation questions you have used today and your purchase entitlements. Payments: all payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Data location: our database is hosted in the United States (AWS us-west-2, Oregon) via Supabase, and the Service is operated from California, USA. Reports you purchase are stored in your account so you can access them again.
Consultation privacy: your consultation conversation is deliberately NOT stored on our servers. The chat lives only in your browser for the duration of your visit and is sent to our AI provider transiently to generate each reply. Close the tab and it is gone. The one exception: if an account is barred for safety reasons, we retain that bar and its reason. Birth details you type in the free tools are used to compute your chart and are not retained after the request completes. If you use the consultation while signed in, we save the birth details you provide (never the conversation itself) so your chart can be recalled on future visits; you can remove them any time from your account page.
Shared match links: when you run a Kundli match, a private link is created so you can share the result. The stored snapshot contains the two first names you entered and the computed compatibility result only — dates, times, and places of birth are deliberately never stored in a shared result and never appear in the link preview. Links created without an account expire automatically after 90 days; links created while signed in remain until you remove them. The person who created a link can remove it at any time, and anyone who believes a shared result concerns them can contact us to have it removed. Shared links are unguessable and excluded from search engines.
My Rishtas: if you use the My Rishtas tool, we store — at your direction — the name and birth details of your family member and of each rishta you choose to save, together with the computed match results, stages, and notes you write. This list is private to your account, is never indexed or shared with anyone by us, and every entry can be deleted by you at any time (deleting an entry or profile removes its stored birth details). Because these are usually another person's birth details, please save them only with the knowledge of your family and, where reasonably possible, the person concerned. WhatsApp shares generated from My Rishtas contain names, scores, and stages only — never anyone's date, time, or place of birth.
Wedding Planner: if you use the Wedding Planner, we store — at your direction — your planning data: tasks, budget figures, vendor details, event dates and venues, and the guest names and headcounts you enter. This is private to your account, never indexed or shared by us, and deletable at any time (deleting a wedding removes all of its data). WhatsApp shares generated from the planner contain task names, counts, and budget totals only — your guest list and individual guest details are never included in any share.
Local storage: we keep a small amount of information in your own browser rather than on our servers — a counter of the free consultation questions you have used today, and, if you choose a city on our panchang or muhurat pages, that preference so the timings shown match your location. This stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time.
Advertising: we show advertisements supplied by Google AdSense so that the tools on this site can remain free. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure those ads, and in some regions to personalise them; Google may use your IP address and browsing activity for this purpose. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Where consent is required (for example in the EEA and UK), ads are served on a non-personalised basis unless you consent. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your birth details, chart results, or consultation content with advertisers or any third party for advertising purposes — those remain outside the advertising system entirely.
Analytics: we measure site usage with Vercel Analytics (cookieless) and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and show us which pages are useful. Your birth details, chart results, and consultation content are never sent to analytics services.
Your choices: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know what personal information we hold, to delete it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it — we do not sell personal information, and you can limit ad personalisation via the Google links above. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also object to processing and request portability of your data.
Free allowance: the consultation includes a number of free questions each day (currently five without an account, and ten per day with a free account), which reset daily at midnight UTC. This allowance is a courtesy rather than a contractual entitlement, and we may change or withdraw it as the Service evolves.
Paid options are shown with their prices before purchase: single consultation sessions (a fixed number of questions valid for a limited time, as stated at checkout), monthly or annual subscriptions, and one-time written reports. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Because digital sessions and reports are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once used — but if something went wrong (a payment charged without the product being delivered, a duplicate charge, a technical failure), contact us and we will make it right. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected.
The consultation includes safety systems. It will not provide guidance about medical treatment, self-harm, or illegal activity, and will point you to appropriate human support where relevant. Accounts that attempt to misuse the Service, target children, or engage in abusive behavior may be permanently barred without refund of unused free allowances.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI systems, no automated scraping, no use of the Service to harass others or to generate content about third parties without their consent, and no resale of Service output as your own professional advice.
The Service, its design, and its content are owned by AHUJAS LLC. Reports and readings generated for you are yours to use personally. The FreeAIKundli name and branding may not be used without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological content, for interruptions to the Service, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
AHUJAS LLC is organised in California, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where the consumer-protection law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
