Vastu contains no information about property markets, and any tool giving you an investment score is inventing it. Price, legal title, a structural survey and location matter incomparably more than any of this.
Vastu is traditional design guidance, most of which encodes sensible building practice for a hot climate. It is not predictive, and nothing here forecasts what will happen in your life or what a property will be worth. If you are buying, the things that genuinely protect you are legal title verification, a structural survey and RERA registration — none of which are astrological.
